Coaching

ADD Coaching is not therapy, although it is therapeutic!  ADD Coaching is a supportive, practical, concrete process in which you and your coach work together to identify and achieve personal, professional and/or academic goals.  The primary purpose of coaching is to help you develop the structures necessary to function effectively and to implement useful approaches to the challenges of daily life.

Our coaches provide encouragement, recommendations, feedback, and practical techniques such as reminders, questions, and calendar monitoring.  Strategies are developed to address issues of time management, eliminating clutter in your home or office, and becoming more effective in your personal and professional life.  We are supportive and thoughtful clinicians who will individually work with you to determine your unique goals and assess the best way for you to attain them.
