The Intake Interview

The Intake Interview is essentially the initial consultation, where we gather information about you.  In order to create a detailed description of your life, education, work and relationships, we ask you and anyone else you think has pertinent details to offer.  Parents, spouses and family members often participate in this interview.  Other important subject areas include health, family history, past treatment, and developmental history.
